In the past, we used WhenToWork which has a bulletin board for announcements. That was a good start, but a better solution would include some way to archive announcements for future access and review.

Thank you for the question, there is not a discussion board. However, there is a broadcast message function. You find it by clicking on the thumbtack icon located at the top of each day on the schedule pad. It will broadcast out to all employees.
