Dear Sirs, 

i have downloaded the zip clock app. at first when i tried it, i was able to see the employee who punches in and out at real time, i enabled the geo location on the phone but i cant see where is the employee on the site. is there any way that i can see where is my employee? thats my main purpose of joining your service to find out who is working and at which location. is that possible?

Hi Sam,
It's specific to employees. The logged in user can see where they are and how far they are from the site location. As a manager, you won't be able to see their location when they make their punches. However, since we provide an audit trail, you can see if they are making punches from their mobile app. Also, your employee Clocks In beyond the set parameter of the geo location, the punch is added as an un-authorized punch.
