Does zipClock allow me to have an employee that is not tied to a schedule but is part of another job alltogether?

Yes, ZipClock does incorporate the functionality of adding employees. You are able to add employees that are not added to the schedule. Once you add the employee to ZipClock, they will be linked to ZipSchedules as well.
