Can I have the employees first name on the schedule?

When I print the schedule, employees are listed as First Initial and then Last Name ex: J. Smith. 
Is there a way to change it to show their whole name?

The Application currently doesn't have the ability to show first name, but I can tell you that it is something that has been contemplated and will probably be added in future releases.

Hi. I'm just signing up for my 30 day trial today and I think this very small issue might possibly keep us from continuing with your services in the future. None of my staff know each other by last names--It would be much wiser for you to list them with first name and last initial. In the meantime, I'm saying my employees' first names are their last and last names are their first. This way it will show up in the schedule as last initial then their first name. Not the greatest, but it's at least a temporary solution to Anonymous' problem.
