Cancellation and reactivation, will I lose my data?

I have a seasonal business. If I cancel my account at the end of the season and then reactivate it a few months later, will I still have all of my previously entered data or will it all be deleted? Thanks!

Thank you for your question, usually if an account is not active for 3 months due to lack of payment it will be wiped from our system and you will lose everything. However for seasonal businesses you would need to contact us at Altametrics and let us know your business is seasonal we can deactivate it and keep all of your information. However while it is deactivated you will have no access to it and you would need to put in your credit card info again to activate it.
