Zip Schedules is primarily used for scheduling purposes. Hubworks does offer another App, Zip Clock, that is used for Clock-ins and outs. When employees Clock-in too early or too late, notifications are sent via email and push notification to the appropriate personnel (Managers, Supervisors). It isn't necessarily a Hard Stop, but our applications do send notifications.
