CALENDAR IS WRONG (OFF ONE DAY) FOR TIME OFF REQUESTS FOR APPLE USERS

I have an android and haven't noticed a problem my employees with I-phone show me the "Time Off" button it brings up a calendar where the days off by a day. Example. the calendar says November 22nd is a Tuesday when actually Nov 21st is the Tuesday.
