Is there a tutorial for the Hubworkspoller application?

I'd like to have my POS data imported into Zip Forecast for use with Zip Schedule.

I've installed the Hubworkspoller application on my back office server, but my POS system (NCR CounterPoint SQL) is not recognized. Is the application only compatible with the POS systems listed? I can't tell if "Generics POS" the name of a POS system, or an option to gather data from a "generic" POS dump file.

If the info can be gathered from a dump file, is there any documentation I can give to my IT people?  They want to know the what the file format and data specifications are.

Right now the Hubworks Poller only supports the following POS systems:
  1. Micros
  2. NCR - Aloha
  3. Xpient

If your POS system is not currently supported another option to poll your data is by setting up our open API. Instructions can be found here: http://api.hubworks.com/
