Once a schedule is published, everyone in the organization gets their schedule through the free Zip Schedules mobile app:

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.altametrics.rib.zipschedules.activities

Right now you can export individual shifts to your personal calendar by selecting the shift under "My Schedule" and clicking the "Add To Calendar" button.
