Is there a way for the unassigned shifts to show up in the schedule app?

Is there a way for created unassigned shits to be viewed through the phone app and then the provider is then able to request the shifts they would like with out recieving multiple e-mails saying the shifts were offered?

Hi Anna,

In the Mobile App, you should have a tab (top right corner) labeled "Unassigned Shifts". Once you navigate to it, you should be able to see the Unassigned Shifts labeled neatly, respective to the day. If you need any help with the Mobile App, please email us at CustomerSuccess@altametrics.com, I would be happy to email you a short training video showcasing this.
