Question

Can employees able to see unassigned shifts and request assignment? As a manager I'm able to see this, but I don't think others can.

Is there a particular reason why not all employees can see all unassigned shifts? It would more efficient if all employees/volunteers are able to see all unassigned shifts and request assignment to shift that fit their schedule. As it is today, the manager offering unassigned shifts could generate a few back/forth emails till the position is filled, and/or multiple people could accept the shift (when offer sent to all).

Hello Victor,
Manager level employees are able to see the unassigned shifts but Crew level employees can not see the unassigned shifts unless they are offered one. In that event they will only be able to see the unassigned shift that was offered to them, not all of the unassigned shifts.
